CEA is led by a management team with a combined 50+ years of solar PV business experience and supported by 25+ engineers who have audited factories and installation sites in over 20 countries.

    Duties: - Become knowledgeable of global solar PV industry and CEA’s services by assisting Marketing Manager in marketing materials preparation in a professional manner
    - Help conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis as needed to support service definitions and positioning aligned with corporate strategy
    - Provide commercial team with sales support including leads entry and organization in Salesforce, CRM, and business travel arrangements
    - Assist in marketing initiatives including website maintenance, press releases writing, internal/external newsletter drafting
    - Take charge in team business travel calendar, planning and organizing the events for the year including exhibition at Expo and speaking at conference
    - Proactively contribute new ideas for improving existing processes and systems
    - Help with internal communication with back-office team and engineering team
    - Work very closely with the CEO and commercial team on all consulting projects as needed and gain considerable exposure to the entire sales process

    Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree at a minimum, engineering/business/English background is preferred
    - Native English speaker is preferred; studying abroad and/or global traveling experience is a plus
    - Demonstrated track record of effective written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese)
    - Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is necessary, familiar with Adobe suite including Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is a plus
    - Excellent analytical skills; innovative and creative
    - Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties
    - Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
    - Can do attitude and hands on approach
    - Love working remotely with people from a diverse background based in 7 countries
