As telecommunication partner for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, China Netcom provided 550 seats multi-language call center services to The Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad, The Olympic call center provided 14 languages, including Chinese, English, French, Japanese, German, and Spanish.etc. After Mergering with China Unicom, China Netcom has brought all the operation resources into China Unicom.

Duties:
we are running outsourcing teleservices for our clients in Beijing. The agent will basically be the 1st point of contact for Clients; their primary responsibility will assist end users with FAQ and troubleshooting. The agent will login all information into the system and escalate all open cases to the BO team for immediate follow up actions with Local Subsidiaries.
Requirements:
- Native Malaysian or Indonesian or Thai or English(Australia accent) speakers
- Communicative English/Mandarin skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Working knowledge of Windows and Office applications and basic computer skills
- Call center experience perferd
- Technical interests preferred
