    Duties: - Create and launch social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
    - Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media platforms
    - Actively participate in a wide variety of content creation activities such as blogging, vlogging, etc
    - Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
    - Monitor and report on online and offline feedback and reviews
    - Organize and participate in events/meetups to build community and boost brand awareness
    - Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications to ensure brand consistency
    - Liaise with the R&D department to stay updated on new products and features
    - Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists/influencers
    - Continue to increase brand engagement, by engaging in, and encouraging conversations both online and offline
    - Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

    Requirements: - 5+ years in R&D or any kind of product development as an Mechanical Engineer.
    - BA/BS in marketing and/or business
    - Proven work experience as a community manager
    - Experience launching community initiatives
    - Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
