Duties:
Seeking candidates for Beijing design team to undertake a range of innovative design projects in PRC.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master degree in Architecture/urban planning/landscaping or related
- Minimum 10 years experience in a variety of master planning and urban design projects such as mixed-use, hotel or high-end residential project.
- China planning project experience, familiar with China planning regulation and protocol
- Can thrive in a Muti-disciplinary team with good communication skill and strong interpersonal skills
- Overseas experience and fluent English preferred
What to offer:
400-600 K RMB annually, negotiable
